Very easy booking process

Very easy booking process. Was a bit dubious as the location was a kebab shop. However, the owner was there on time and there were no issues whatsoever with our belongings. Made our last day on vacation better as we didn’t have to drag luggage with us for the day.

Did not accept Radical Storage bags

First point is that I gave a 1 star review when prompted by Radical Storage for their own advertised ratings. As commented elsewhere negative reviews do not seem to be published by the company on their website! In August booked their "St. Alban Tor" (Hardstrasse 12-14, 4052 Basel) location in Basel, Switzerland. Arrived with family and two heavy suitcases to be told they will not accept Radical Storage baggage under any circumstances. Last day of holiday before flying home wrecked. I have complained to Radical Storage and do not understand why the continue to list this location. The giveaway is that there are only 4 reviews for this place as I guess reviews like mine get buried. St. Albon Tor instead offered to store our bags at an elevated price. Overall, something is very much not right here and caution is needed with Radical Storage. I have used them before in Spain and it was OK. What I don't understand is why they are still marketing this location.

A Complete Betrayal of Trust - Theft by a Vetted Partner and Appalling Customer Service

My experience with Radical Storage was not just disappointing; it was a complete and utter failure of their most basic promise: to keep our luggage safe. I am writing this review as a serious warning to any traveler considering using this service. Our booking resulted in theft, and the company's response was to blame us, the victims. On August 22nd, during a trip to London, we used the Radical Storage app to find a secure place for our bags near Waterloo station. The app directed us to a convenience store called 'Food and Wine', which Radical Storage lists as a trusted and vetted "Angel". We dropped our bags off, paid the fee, and went about our day, assuming our belongings were in safe hands.Later that evening, upon retrieving our luggage, we discovered that £40 in cash had been stolen from inside one of our bags.We immediately contacted Radical Storage to report the theft. We understood that their guarantee has an exclusion for cash, but we believed they would take a theft committed by one of their own partners seriously. We were wrong.Their customer service representative, Valery, sent a dismissive and insulting reply. They stated that because we had stored cash against their terms, they would not provide a refund or compensation. They completely ignored the core of our complaint: this was not an accidental loss; it was a criminal act. Their logic suggests that their partners are free to steal from customers as long as they only take items not covered by the guarantee. It is an absurd and dangerous position that enables criminal behavior. They finished by saying they couldn't "prove our claims," a thinly veiled accusation that we were lying. What makes this situation even worse is that a quick search on Google Maps reveals that this specific 'Food and Wine' location has received other highly critical reviews, including complaints about staff misconduct and even other accusations of theft. This shows a clear pattern of negligence on the part of Radical Storage. They are either not vetting their "Angels" properly or are choosing to ignore complaints, continuing to direct unsuspecting tourists to businesses that are not trustworthy.Do not make the same mistake we did. Radical Storage failed to provide a safe service, directed us to a location where we were robbed, and then took no responsibility. Their business model appears to be based on taking a commission while absolving themselves of any real accountability for the partners they endorse. By using their service, you are not just risking poor service; you are risking the security of your belongings. We have since initiated a credit card chargeback and filed a report with the Metropolitan Police. Avoid this company at all costs.

Very easy

Very easy, 6 minutes walk up the strand from Charing cross, perfect for dropping small case while we went to the theatre.
