I don't know about anyone else but rain has been the shittiest product ever...for R625 a month I expect a hignlh speed internet that has no buffering with a range that makes sense but I find myself having to switch even from my place so I can use my win router n I find myself having to settle for YouTube on the fone cos streaming quality is so so shitty like I'm watchin a video 520p..we cant pay so much just cos theres a new router that costs R650 n now we must upgrade..life is expensive on us it's own to be stressing over a greedy n lousy network provider!!5108196487292597
Since we buy this WiFi network is very poor 2.4g and 5g. Both networks are very bad i complain many times but no one helping i pay 850 every month its alot money and very poor service specially customer care serviceis very bad because once they call you they transfer the call and after other person speaking with me for 1 or 2 minutes and they put my phone on hold like no voice nothing from them they making me stupid because not only ones its many times that happened even now now they talk to me 1 minute im.very cross and disappoint i want to cancel my wifi
My house was burgled and my own router containing my Rain sim was stolen. I requested a sim swap on their app thinking that blocked the sim immediately, but no, I was called and told they don’t block SIM cards!!!! So now I have to sit here and watch the thief use the SIM card I pay for every month in his P8 lite!!!!!!!! How stupid ??????
