Review Time
Haven't had internet for a week now. I'm on a 4G unlimited plan and have had an overall good experience with Rain but the last week has absolutely been terrible with Rain. Lost my internet service right after paying my monthly subscription and after numerous calls to support the issue has not been resolved. I have gotten numerous emails with ticket numbers, but the issue is still not resolved.After this week I would not recommend Rain under any circumstances.All my ticket numbers and still my issue is not resolved.#37227091#37352729#37406381#37452465
Rain is scamming people I won’t stand for this their service is very poor I asked them a month before to close my account they decided no to now they are demanding me money I’m taking this further I’m tired they now going to deal with my lawyer 🤬
I have had Rain for years but from August 30 I have had an unstable connection literally every single day. I have done all the troubleshooting in the world from restarting the device to a hard reboot to speed tests and Rain has done a million restarts from their side too and no resolve. It’s now Nov 21 and I’m still struggling yet the debit orders keep going off. Not sure what I’m paying for anymore. All I keep getting is there are minor alarms etc which I have heard a million times. I’m exhausted! I’m frustrated! I’m shopping around for a new ISP because this is nonsense now.

Rain services are so unfair. I got charged monthly even after after canceling my subscription with them. They deducted money from my account but they don't give me the service I still owe them close to 3k but no data was given on my router. I don't recommend anyone to use rain service very shitty service provider and crooks. Their staff are also rude they'll always log a call but no one ever got back to me. The only thing I get is their useless reference on my email with no help given.
I paid my account immediately when it was fuel via the link sent on my watssapp. But till today I have no wifi for 2 days my work has been highly affected. There is no assistance from this company the support team is basically useless to the core. This company robs people of their hard earned money they are crooks I would not recommend them to anyone. They are useless and a waste of time all they are good at is taking our money.Pam
For 7 days ive been trying to get assistance with regards to slow internet, I have the highest package (100mbps +) but my speed differs from 0.4mbps - 3mbps which is not what im paying for. Each time im informed a technician will call me and yet they all tell me the same story "move your router to a better place, please reset your router" This is absolutely pathetic 7 DAYS NO IMPROVEMENT.
