Rain – Unfair Billing & Bad Service

Rain wants me to pay R2336.00 because they failed to deduct my debit order on the 25th. That is THEIR fault, not mine. On a month-to-month contract, the line should’ve been cut immediately, but they didn’t – and now they’re billing me for months I don’t owe.I will not pay. Either reconnect my line and cancel the false balance, or fetch the router. If not, I’ll take this to ICASA and the Consumer Ombudsman.Elzie Groenewald

Poor service

Firstly the network is a nightmare especially from 6pm till around 10pm despite paying my billing on time.Secondly I lost one of simcard and requested for sim swap and they notified me that it will be delivered within 7 working days but non of that happened Thirdly I requested for cancellation of September billing on 12/8/25 and they said they will fix it as soon as possible but to my surprise after requesting for that my account is still active and debit was done for this month despite requesting for cancellation on time so im totally frustrated with their service they don't value clients at all

I have been trying to log a complaint vie what's up channel and told to leave my email address they'll contact me still nothing my account jumped from 650 to 850 which I can't afford to pay they don't recharge their sim card as promised. I really don't recommend Rain to anyone and I regret joining Rain network very bad service their charges are just ways of still money from people you'll never get your refund back.

I had a house break some month ago and…

I had a house break some month ago and these pple are just pulling money in my account im still sending them messages to cancel the service but they can't even block their devise but they say it belongs to them WHY ,so i must continue paying for the service im not using ,why can't they cancel the lost one n change the customer for a replacement, once you send a complain they will never come back to you ,join them for yoir own risk
