Review Time
I had lots of queries re which pram to buy as my car boot is quite small. The responses I received were timely (never got an answer on a Monday) well informed and helpful. Once I’d made my choice and purchased the pram things went quiet for about 10 working days and then I received an email telling me tracking details and my pram was ready to be dispatched. Delivery was not as anticipated as the courier did not collect the orders for a number of days but when it did arrive I was absolutely delighted. The chassis was clean and had some small dents but nothing that affects the use of the pram and the body of the pram was perfect. Immaculate, smelt clean and in first class condition. Thank you so much I will be recommending you to friends.
I work as a registered to ensure that the children are safe and the equipment I use is of good quality, while also keeping to a budget. If I wouldn’t use it for or on our own precious grandson, I won’t use it with my clients children either which is where I often spend more than I can affford! I needed to replace two of my existing buggies, but needed to budget wisely. I chose two Joie buggies, that on arrival looked just like new! Rascal Babies even included a rain cover with each buggy that wasn’t listed as part of the price! From order to delivery was 7 days which included a bank holiday. I would definitely recommend Rascal Babies for anyone on a budget, or who want to limit their environmental impact while also supporting a charity. I throughly recommend Rascal Babies & will definitely purchase from Rascal Babies again if I need replacements for any of my equipment.
Avoid! Very poor customer service- stroller not arrived. Promised full refund but only received partial refund. Will not use again or recommend Update - within hours of this post had offer for full refund if I removed feedback. I felt it important to leave as others may benefit from this information. The bit they kept states will hopefully go to the Parkinson charity.
Ordered from rascal babies just over a week ago. I went for the Ocarro Mamas and Papas pushchair in navy blue. Had a message to advise unfortunately the pushchair we ordered had some damage to it and would I accept an alternative colour. The colour offered (a greyish brown colour) was far nicer than the one I had picked so I said absolutely!! Pushchair arrived in amazing condition, smelt lovely - and to my surprise had the accessories with it that wouldn’t have come with my original order so I was over the moon!! My original order was just the pushchair and carrycot, but this order came with those items, a bag, a cup holder, umbrella and rain cover!!!😍 Cannot recommend them enough, they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy ❤️
When I found the Rascal Babies website, I was really excited, but reading the reviews here made me very skeptical. We thought we’d give it a go anyway and though if the pram we buy arrives with issues, we’ll send it back. Our Uppababy Vista was delivered within the timeframes, clean and smelling beautifully (it had clearly been washed very well), and with additional items we didn’t know were going to be included (multiple rain and mosquito covers, footmuff, car seat adaptors). When doing our checks, we noticed two things we were not sure about and sent a WhatsApp message to the Rascal Babies customer service; they came back within hours clarifying all our doubts. We can’t be happier with our purchase!!
I ordered a travel system from Rascal babies last year. I read the reviews for the pram before I bought it but not for Rascal babies and when I did I was worried there might be an issue or it might not arrive. However I wanted to write a review to say it arrived on time and the whole system, car seat, carrycot and buggy has been brilliant. It was nice and clean and apart from a bit of wear on the wheels you would not know it had been used before.They say it will take a couple of weeks to arrive and they send a confirmation of purchase email & then an email came from the delivery service to say it would be delivered. They didn't send anything in between to say it was being prepared or sent which would have been reassuring but it did arrive exactly as they said it would.
