Pram we ordered arrived in excellent condition, it did not look used. No communication after order confirmation for 10 working days, then notification about delivery. Delivery excellent, pram very well packaged. Excellent value for money.
Communication from this company is appalling!! They don't respond to emails or answer the phone. Only way of communicating with them is via Whatsapp, but even then they barely respond to any messages. I ordered a pram from here for my newborn baby, it arrived 3weeks later with no communication in-between regarding the delays. Once it arrived I could see the plastic holding the wheel to the frame was cracked. Upon closer observation I could see someone had attempted to glue this crack together. I whatsapped Becky who claimed her team would never try to repair an important pressure point with glue. She offered for me to send it back for them to repair and then return back to me. I couldn't afford another 3+weeks of them repairing the pram and extremely limited communication from them. Reluctantly Becky accepted a return. Once returned Becky returned a partial refund but refused to return courier costs. I was hugely disappointed by then as not only did they take ages to deliver my pram, despite it being broken and clearly attempted to repair it badly with glue, they still refused to give a full refund. I did state the Sales of Goods Act and Consumer Rights act, but Becky still refused a full refund because she claims they don't apply to second hand goods 😕 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Absolutely delighted at the delivery and quality of the venicci 2 In 1 pram. The pram is like new, with rain cover. All missing is the pram basket. I will definitely buy more from RB . What a brilliant way to help parkinsons, help the environment and help parents to afford safe baby items. To add it smells clean .
We ordered the cosatto wow 2 - 3 in 1 . We was given this website from a friend . If your in a rush and unable to wait then possibly not the place to buy from . But as far as we are concerned was well worth the wait . Everything looked and smelt very fresh, a few scuffs here and there as tobe expected . But over all everything works and is very clean to look at and smell and very good value for money . Will definitely use again in the future 😀 .. keep up the good work and well done all involved with this service !
I read a lot of reviews some were negative. In my opinion and my experience it was nothing but positive. Yes, at times response from seller was patchy but that is not surprising when you consider that it is pretty much one or two people that are probably running everything. It’s also a very worthy cause as they support a charity. It is very much worth the money it costs, but, be patient and maybe before purchasing specify their timeframes at that particular time as I can imagine that may change frequently depending on workloads. Everything is cleaned and refurbished when someone buys the item. Mine smelt very fresh, no strong odour but definitely fresh smelling. If you want something that is dispatched quicker then go pay rrp prices. If you are not in any rush and prepared to wait while they clean and freshen up fabric and clean everything then I’d definitely use rascal babies!
I ordered a city mini baby jogger for my large 3 year old and it was more than I could have expected! The pram arrived in near perfect condition, smelt lovely and the wheels looked like they'd never been used! The carrycot included was also immaculate and all adapters were included. Delivered within the timescale advertised and even better that funds are raised for a fantastic charity. Brilliant experience all round and I'd highly recommend, thank you!
Ordered an item on 20th July and followed this up with a message to their WhatsApp number. I stressed the urgency of needing the item by 9th August (3 weeks so loads in advance of their 10 working days that they advertise) due to a family trip to Disney and simply wanted to know if it would be delivered in time (I ordered 5 days before their advertised summer holiday leave of 25th July so at least expected a response from them and couldn’t see any reason this item could not be shipped before then). I sent further messages on 20th and 22nd which were read on 20th and 24th July with absolutely no response! Do not shop here. I don’t even know whether I will get a refund at this point - no point messaging I’m sure I will be ignored again After leaving this review I out of the blue did receive a message back from them via WhatsApp - to tell me “we are away!!!!” And to stop “harassing them as they are away on holiday” absolutely gobsmacked! Didn’t send a single message to their advertised work number after 22nd July until I replied to a WhatsApp that they sent me at 10.45pm tonight after they obviously seen this review. Utterly bizarre behaviour. Give “small family businesses” a bad name Further rude and harassing emails today. Very odd how communicative this company now is when I was ignored for weeks when all I wanted was to know if my order would arrive before a family holiday to Disney (have also been sarcastically told “I hope I enjoy my holiday as I have ruined theirs” ) They are also refusing to process a refund until Saturday (even though payment was on 20th July and email states the business is back open today). I’m not holding my breath with how unprofessionally this company has been so far and gone to my bank to claim this back. Luckily I had the money to buy elsewhere without needing this money back. You risk a very very odd encounter and several rude messages with this “company” I’ve never ever encountered anything quite like it. She keeps telling me how I am “vile” and to leave her alone (after she was messaging me in the middle of the night last night!). I left an honest review and asked for a refund - don’t see how being called vile is acceptable?? Also - this is NOT a charity and proceeds do NOT go to Parkinson’s, this lady is conning people into thinking they are donating their much loved prams for free to a charity and for a good cause. I’d suggest give to an actual charity instead or charity shop. There are no details of what if any proceeds are used towards any “fundraising” really don’t think it is legal how it is being advertised and people are being misled and conned out of their items and money
