I have been trying at home Pilates for months now, but never with a board as such. Since getting the board, I have loved it! Only 4 stars because as of now (1.5 weeks in) I haven’t noticed many body differences, but am excited to continue my journey towards loving myself & 5 stars!
The app simply does not work which in turn means you feel robbed if you purchase any plans.I reached out to the support team, who although got back to me, lead me to purchasing a plan which still did not resolve my issues.I would not recommend buying a product from them.
I truly have been enjoying the set up and something to stay active at home on the days I don’t go to the gym. It did advertise that it was coming with booklets, and that the app was free. It didn’t comes with any books and although the app is free it’s does require a monthly payment for the app to be worth having. That was something I wish I would have known before so I didn’t think I would be getting workout plans for the price.
The board is good and arrived in good time, however, the app, which started off well, has been updated, necessitating a 7 day free trial. The new app doesn't function well. You can't get in, basically. And it automatically debits your account, despite you trying to cancel.
Whilst some of the emails received appear to be from real people with a bit of empathy, others are simply rubbish. End result is that I'm still being debited, despite having cancelled everywhere I can find as well as emailing them regularly.
I wouldn't bother.
