So far, so good on the ease of making this Reformly board work for me. As I get older, I realize I don’t like being out in public exercise places. So this will be wonderful for me to concentrate on myself in the privacy of my own home.
I’ve received mine. I was quite sceptical, as I’m a bit of a negative Nancy when it comes to reviews, as I never believe them. But wow!! I’m really pleased I got one. Much better quality than expected. Easy to get started. If you’re thinking about getting one, do it. Definitely worth it. Took 3 weeks to arrive, but can’t say enough how pleased I am with mine. Also on another note. Customer service is second to none. Fast response on any queries. Well done Reformly.

I had some questions about using the app, these were answered clearly and quickly from the team. My board was delivered in a timely fashion, exactly as it showed when I ordered it. Looking forward to getting grips with it and becoming healthier and fitter. Excellent service all round, thank you.
I placed an order for both the board and the mat the middle of February. The money was taken and a few days later I received multiple emails telling me the items were shipped, they were on their way etc but nothing was turning up. I finally received one half of my order on the very last day of the window I had been given (16 days after ordering) but the other half of the order has still not turned up. At this point, I'm considering just sending the half order I've received back and just asking for a full refund. Shoddy shipping service (no wonder it's free!) and far too many emails now asking me to sign up to membership and buy more goods off them when I haven't even received the full order I've paid for!
DO NOT PURCHASE!! i bought the board for £120 and then tried to return as it was no longer needed. There return process is completely absurd. First you must email asking for the return adress which should have been my first warning, no simple way. Then you must wait 2 + days for them to actually reply, but the reply is not them providing you with the adress to return, it is them trying to cohorts you into keeping the item with bribary of offers etc, then when you explain you simply want to return it AGAIN and do not want their offers etc its another 2+ days of waiting for a response ONLY TO RECEIVE YET ANOTHER EMAIL WITH MORE BRIABARY AND OFFERS!! only after the third email i sent back did they send me the return adress and i say adress instead of label because they are scamming twits and if you live in the uk, they send you the return address TO THE USA which as we all know is expensive to ship yet alone with the weight of this pilates board. It wouldve cost me £98 to ship this over, BTW THEY DO NOT EVEN PAY FOR YOUR RETURN, considering it costs £98 to ship back and i paid £120 for it i was not about to do that and only get £22 of my money back. So yet again i email and waited god knows how long for a response to which they AGAIN try to bribe me to keep the item even when i have asked them to provide a return label (WHICH THE DECLINED TO DO) and explained the situation and explained that they shouldve made customers aware of how expensive it is to return and that they are responsible for it. Eventually i gave up and they only offered me a partial refund of £30 which hardly makes much difference. I have waited 2 weeks for the refund which they said would be with me in 3-5 working days and STILL NOTHING. DO NOT BUY THEY WILL SCAM YOU TO THE PITS OF HELL, AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY AND ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS OR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!!
