Im only on the first week of the 28 day challenge and im already noticing the flexibility in my body. The workouts make me feel sore in muscles I didn't even know I worked out. This was the best purchase made for my 2026 fitness journey! Highly recommend!
Ive had breast cancer reconstruction surgery both sides and always struggle to stick to something due to pain, tightness, lack of energy or just getting bored and finding time between being a full time working mum of 5 children who all have after school activities. I saved up for a few months and got myself a reformly board. Im on day 18 of eating better and following the 28 day plan on the app. I look forward to having my 20 minutes workout and already seen a massive improvement. Not just in my inch loss but my skin is smoother ive more energy, I feel happier and im sleeping better too. I am incredibly disappointed with your confusing marketing . The board itself is ok but your app has a horrible UX and it tricked me into paying for a premium subscription by reusing my payment details bit still not granting me the access and every time I am trying to use premium content which I was charged in full ( yearly subscription not even the monthly as shown in the app) I am being asked to pay again. Your customer service assistant responds to me but with no solutions and refuse to refund me but also not responding how to access the content I was charged for … I feel like it’s a scam .
I have had my machine a couple of weeks now. The machine has been great so far, although there was definitely a learning curve. I am not a fan of the workouts. They move from exercise to exercise super quickly and with some of the you need to switch from kneeling to standing, or from single knee pads to having them attached. There isn't a good flow from one exercise to the next. Also, several of the videos show the incorrect exercise being demonstrated. On the day 6 video of the 28 day challenge, the last three exercises were all incorrect - I have screenshots. For example, for one exercise it says leg circles and says to lie on your back and rotate your legs, but the person in the video is doing a runners stretch on their knees. ??? Oh, and the music is soooo repetitive. It is the same 10 seconds of music on a loop.
So far since my order everything is been going well! I already downloaded the app and I'm waiting for the rest of my order to start, they offer some workouts which is nice. Although the workouts included in the packs should be more explicit in the site, because when you buy the pack you assume you'll get acess to everything presented in the image without any other costs and that's not the reality, to acess everything you will have to subscribe the premium plan, without it you will only have acess to some of them.
