I got my new board set up and was ready to workout but the app and website will not work. It’s not a connection issue, the app just won’t advance past where I create a username. I’ve tried it on different devices and have come to the conclusion that the app has bugs that need to be fixed, but I was so excited to try this board out. I reached out to support and never heard anything back. A little disappointed given that this was a gift. Per the App Store, this is not a new issue and has been brought to their attention. For all the advertising I’d say they’re just taking our money.
I ordered the board, the mat (yoga mat), and the additional set of sports equipment about a week ago. So far, I have not received anything, and when I check my account, it appears that my order has not even been processed yet.I have emailed multiple times because I would like to change my delivery address. However, every time I mention the word “address” in my email, I automatically receive a response saying that my order has already been processed and shipped. This is confusing, as the order status still shows that it has not been processed.In addition, I have asked questions about the app. It seems that I may need to purchase an additional monthly subscription to access the workouts, even though it was promoted as if all workouts would be included with the purchase. I have not received any personal response to these questions either — only automated emails.I find this very disappointing. It is frustrating that it is so difficult to get in contact with the company and receive a proper response. I paid a significant amount of money and expected clearer communication and better customer service.I sincerely hope this issue will be resolved soon.
The delivery was prompt. The equipment is excellent and overall the 28 day program is fun and keeps me from the boredom that typically ends my fitness journeys. I wish that purchases would come with at least like 6 months to a year free of the applications workouts but oh well.
