I have been trying at home Pilates for months now, but never with a board as such. Since getting the board, I have loved it! Only 4 stars because as of now (1.5 weeks in) I haven’t noticed many body differences, but am excited to continue my journey towards loving myself & 5 stars!
Friendly, fast customer service. I had a delay in shipping and they were so fast sending out another board. I got it quickly and started using it right away. The board is amazing! Intense workouts in thirty minutes or less. I already see results from only a few weeks of daily workouts!
Great customer support. I had Trouble getting set up in the Transition of the new App launch. Jeianna was very helpful and Patient and helped me get set up on the new app.Thank you so much for all of your support and I am excited to for the new app to help me on my journey
Keep emailing asking where the item is to start with was getting replies saying it’s on his way been over 2 weeks now and I’m getting no emails back to tell me where the item is, I honestly wouldn’t bother if you want a Pilates board id look somewhere else and have less hassle everyone 🫡
I had some difficulties with the app and Kyla was extremely helpful. She did not make me feel bad in any way and walked me through the process with patience until the issue was resolved. It is evident that she loves what she does and her line of work. She has a big heart and genuinely cares for her customers. I have dealt with a lot of customer service agents and Kyla is simply the BEST!! I can't thank you enough.
The items I ordered came in two packages, one shipped quickly and contained the reformer board and its accessories. I am pleased with how easy it is set up then put away. and I am still waiting on delivery of the second shipment. Giving it four stars for the delayed delivery, I am happy with the board itself. Just an FYI, the timer does not come with a battery, which is to be expected with different shipping rules and regulations. If you want to be able to use the timer as soon as the board arrives, order a few LR1130 batteries ahead of time.
There are two parts to this review. The first, is the Reformly Board and Mat and the second is a review of the App and Account Creation Process. Reformly Board and Mat: These were honestly the best part of the experience. The quality of both is much better than expected and my wife loves them and has already put 14 days into her workouts. App and Account Creation Process: While I originally had a poor experience with getting signed into the app, the Reformly Customer Support Team did an amazing job of communicating with me and fixing my issue and now I'm all signed in! I was pleasantly surprised by how responsive the support team was and my issue was resolved efficiently.
Really great customer service, swift with replies to any queries I have had. The app and programs available even without a paid subscription are fantastic making it accessible to those of us with not much spare cash. Have done the 28 day challenge twice and now look forward to trying the new 60 day challenge now the new app is live

I was experiencing issues with the newly launched app, not able to get past a certain screen no matter what I tried. Marge was the kind rep who helped troubleshoot over the course of many days. Even messaging me during off-work hours letting me know that she received my message. She was so kind and patient, and stayed with me every step of the way…just as promised with our first correspondence. She really went above and beyond!!
