Review Time
Item went missing in transit initially. Customer service had been exactly what you would wish for and supported me through the process of having to contact royal mail on numerous occasions and with myself producing confirmation of a missing parcel, they re-sent me my order and my item was received successfully in the end. First review ever by myself, but felt they deserved my time to write this.
Edited to add:I have been offered a full refund without needing to return the board. If this happens, I will be happy with the customer service received and I will concede this is not a scam company, therefore my review will be edited further to reflect this. This update was added 10/12/25.I was actually prepared to accept the fault was largely on my end and I just bought on a whim without reading properly. I stated as much in my original review (Left 2 stars) however since then I am reducing my rating to 1 star. Why? Because they have essentially tried to blackmail me. My pilates board was returnable within the timeframe, however, once I realised it would cost me upwards of £50 to return I decided to accept the 20% refund because I was prepared to accept it was my own fault for not reading the small print. I have now been told I will only get the 20% refund if I alter my original review. My original review was honest. So they want me to be dishonest to get some money back.It should also be noted that the App comes with limited free programmes....you have to pay for more. But here's the kicker. You get an upgrade on the app if you write positive reviews. So be aware that several of the positive reviews on here are from people probably ultimately disappointed by their purchase who are just desperately trying to claw something back. An honest company would honour the 20% refund without needing something in return. If they had done that, I probably would have updated my review to a more positive one.I will also now say that you will be utterly spammed with emails from this company encouraging you to upgrade. And also that they sent an email asking me how I was doing with my board well before I even received it, I believe this is a very clever way of getting around the returns policy....i.e, if you don't respond to say you haven't yet received it, they can use that as some kind of "evidence" if you try to contest the returns policy. Scam scam scam and I really can't believe I fell for it.People. Please. NEVER buy anything advertised on Facebook, it does not ever end well for the buyer.
Ive had my refomer board since July 2025 and absolutely love the convenience of being able to do my workouts at home (normally on my lunch break 😁) love the workouts too. I've done a few of them a couple of times now and combined 2 workouts in a day to push myself more. I have recently lost just over 3 stone so that and doing my workouts I can really feel and see the difference. My sister also ordered one after seeing my results.If I've had any queries with regards to the app or payments, I've had quick responses and have been resolved.
