This board has been fantastic for my routine! I prefer not to spend much time on workouts, and with the app, I can fit in short sessions every day that are genuinely challenging and make me sweat. Using this board is enjoyable, which has helped me maintain my consistency.
I love my board and really enjoy the workouts. As a 54 yr old woman a bit overweight it is an enjoyable experience. One of my bands broke and i reached out to the company. They got right back to me and sent me a few replacement bands in case it happens again! Thank you so much
Extremely deceptive company. They make it seem like you can return their product, no questions asked; It is an absolute hassle that drags on for weeks while they attempt to goad you into store credit and discounts. Not to mention the product is worthless garbage. I so regret this purchase.
I've truly enjoyed using the board for the brief workouts, gradually regaining my strength after a long break from exercising. The support I received recently was outstanding. I accidentally broke one of my straps (totally my mistake, unrelated to the product's quality). I reached out to inquire about purchasing a replacement, and the response was prompt, letting me know that my two new straps were on their way. I would rate this service a 10/10. Highly recommend.
I appreciate the accessibility and ease of practicing pilates at home while saving money on expensive memberships. The board is lightweight, portable, and simple to set up. On the downside, the app is quite buggy. It frequently freezes when I try to pause or exit. Additionally, it would be helpful if there were modifications for those who struggle with certain workouts. I want to join in, but exercises like mountain climbers or jumping jacks are challenging due to my knee issues. Lastly, I could use more time for setup since I'm still learning and need to get accustomed to both the setup and the workouts.
I received this as a Christmas gift and was initially a bit doubtful, but it has turned out to be fantastic. It's simple to set up and easy to use. As I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant, I haven’t been able to engage fully yet, but I'm excited to dive in soon!
If i could give this company a zero I would. Yes they have good products but will I ever get one when I order? NO!!!!! I ordered a month ago and the package never got sent out. Emailed them twice, they blew me over both times then cancelled my order. Will never buy from them again.. fast shipping my ass.
