They're no longer fore filling orders before Christmas. I ordered on 17th or 16th December and their estimated delivery is after Christmas Nowhere on their site does it say their delivery estimates before purchase or that they can't deliver before Christmas. Reformly, you can be as sickly sweet as you like in you customer service communications, it doesn't change the fact you're trying to take advantage of the Christmas period without being able to deliver before Christmas. Disgusting behaviour. In response to your reply: I’ve already asked this question to your support team. They blamed your courier. But it’s your courier that you picked. If you can’t deliver for Christmas for orders made over a week before hand, you really need to make that clear.

I ordered the Pilates Basic Kit and was extremely disappointed with the quality. The mat came folded roughly in a bag with marks on it as well as dints in the reformer ring. I wanted to return the item and couldn’t understand why the Reformly people were offering a part store credit ‘as their customers often find this easier than returning’ until they advised their return address is in the US. I quoted postage and it is $69 AUD to return, that is over half of what I paid. I do not recommend purchasing from this company due to the low quality of the items and the difficulty I’ve had trying to return an item for valid reason.

I’ve always loved Reformer Pilates pre kids and during pregnancy but now busy mum life I could not find the time, energy and money to go to classes. This mini reformer has helped me getting back into Pilates with a simple 20 minutes work out post dinner, making it easy to fit it in every day life. I already feel stronger and I can feel some energy back!
I ordered some pilates grip socks in a half price promotion before Christmas and I have still neither received the socks nor the refund I have requested. I jonly receive stalling responses containing a lot of hearts, promising their attention and apologising for the delay. According to the tracking information the socks appear to be coming from China! I have now purchased some socks elsewhere and would like a refund.
