The board is good and arrived in good time, however, the app, which started off well, has been updated, necessitating a 7 day free trial. The new app doesn't function well. You can't get in, basically. And it automatically debits your account, despite you trying to cancel. Whilst some of the emails received appear to be from real people with a bit of empathy, others are simply rubbish. End result is that I'm still being debited, despite having cancelled everywhere I can find as well as emailing them regularly. I wouldn't bother. EDIT:That being said, Reformly have stepped up and appear to have resolved my issues. Time will tell.The board is good, and so is the app, despite teething problems initially. Be sure to keep your eyes open.
I saw this Board have went Viral in TikTok and social Media for curiosity I ordered and Now I am doing Pilates everyday It is AMAZING and EXCELLENT product I hope Thousand of Woman will have this on their Homes so Going to a Gym or Being Busy is not a Problem anymore .
Recently delt with Marge in regards to the replacement of the resistance bands that came with my board - all because my Puppies decided to play tug of war and destroyed them! She was a pleasure to deal with and had a good laugh with me along the way. Very efficient correspondence and the replacements are currently enroute to me... and I'll keep these ones away from my naughty pups ;)
