Updated review:I had some issues with my chair and the initial delivery was quite slow.But when I got in touch with their customer service they express shipped a replacement which worked well.Although the chair is great and I’m happy with the improved customer service, I can’t give any higher than this because it still required a lot of persistence to get a quality response from their customer service.Still, I believe my case is an outlier and the quality of the chair refurbishment makes me believe this is a company that you can feel confident purchasing a chair from.
