I bought two arm-pads for my Herman Miller chair. This was already difficult because I did not know what to buy exactly, and the exact model of my chair. I got an enormous help from them in buying the arm pads (in fact this was the second time I tried to buy these arm-pads and, with the other enterprise, not good in service I failed). The guided me in the buying and I got the product quick and in good state.Despite of the excellent service, due to an error induced by me, the arm pads were wrong (for a different Herman Miller model). Regardless of this, I got a very quick replacement of the arm pads at no cost (nor for replacement neither for transport). In my opinion, the overall experience with the company cannot be better and the after sales service went beyond any expectation. If there were more than 5 stars I still would rate this company with all of them.

I am updating my review for Refurbished Miller. After a long and frustrating wait, the chair finally arrived on March 10th with a pleasant surprise—a box of stroopwafels, adding a gentle Dutch touch to the delivery. The journey was far from smooth.I ordered the chair on November 29th 2024, and it took over three months to arrive. The initial delivery date was supposed to be within a few weeks, but after Christmas, I received no updates or communication. My emails to support went unanswered until I threatened legal action.Support eventually tried to resolve the issue diligently, and I agreed to pay a premium for a new chair instead of a refurbished one. On March 3rd, I received a tracking link from DHL, but the package was still listed as "awaiting receipt." Support claimed the chair was on its way, but five days passed with no update. This experience was nothing short of terrible.However, the final delivery and the thoughtful addition of stroopwafels have somewhat redeemed their service. I still believe that the initial handling and communication were unacceptable, but the positive end to this ordeal has softened my stance. I would still advise others to be cautious and prepared for potential delays, but the final touch was appreciated.
Edited on Feb 25: After I complained more and left this review (maybe a coincidence) I finally got contacted by a representative of the company and my situation was quickly resolved. Apparently, there were some unexpected delays, about which I wasn't informed in due time. Shortly after, I received my chair in perfect condition, even with an upgrade. Upgrading experience from 1 to 4 stars just because after all quality is really good. Can't give 5 stars, initial communication was too poor. I might've not had any problems with the delays if they had been properly communicated right away. Original review: Ordered a chair in early January with expected dispatch within a week. No information or response to communication anywhere ever since (sent a couple of emails, tried to reach out on facebook, whatsapp link is dead). Filing a chargeback via bank, hopefully it'll work. I don't know what's happening, this company was recommended to me by a coworker. It looks like they just silently went out of business taking our money with them.
I bought a chair 2 months ago, but it somehow got forgotten (which led me to write my initial review, that I'm updating today). Once made aware of it through my review, the team was very reactive and professional. I received the chair shortly after. The chair is in good condition.
