I strongly advise to avoid this company.I received a desk that was clearly below acceptable standards: damaged parts, instability, and clear signs that it was not in proper condition. Communication has been poor. the desk was chipped exactly in the cable hole area.they offered €200 as compensation for the chipped desk. I refused. the desk is of very poor quality overall, unstable, and not what was advertised. On top of that, I later realized that the desk is not even a Herman Miller, as I originally believed when placing the orderI requested a full refund, which is completely reasonable given that the product was defective from the start. However, the company refused to cover the return shipping costs, even though the fault is entirely theirs.
The quality of this chair (Aeron) is fantastic, it honestly feels as good as new. If you’re looking for a Herman Miller, this is a great price for the value you’re getting. As other reviews have mentioned, the delivery time is a bit longer than most people might be used to these days; in my case it was about 4 weeks, partially due to the Christmas holidays. They’re also not the best when it comes to email communication, but I called them directly and they were able to confirm the order and shipment timing right away. That said, the chair itself is absolutely worth the wait, especially since I already knew what to expect in terms of timing from reading other reviews. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase.

I made an order with an expected delivery time of 4-6 business days almost one full month ago, but the chair has not arrived.I can understand that around the Christmas period things might be disrupted - however I have received zero communication other than the order confirmation. I have tried to reach out via email multiple times and have never had a response.If not for the other reviews here I would assume this was a scam or the company went out of business. But it seems by leaving a review I might be able to get a resolution.So far, a terrible experience, one the payment is made expect to be ignored completely.
Fair condition. I received one unit (aeron chair remastered) early December 2025. The delivery took only a few days in total. Through DHL express from the Netherlands to the Switzerland. I had to pay some duty + surcharge a couple of days after the delivery. With a bit of doubt, I carefully checked every part and it turned out that everything corresponds the options I chose during the ordering process. I’d love to order it once again if I need one more desk chair!
The chair was making noise when tilting and their customer support wasn't so helpful solving the issue and wasn't reactive at all. Definitely they should have better checked the chair before shipping. Also cleaning could have been done better. Last, my chair is polished version, I wanted the graphite but wasn't available in stock and it was too much to wait, anyway the polished parts have a lot of scratches, I think they could have done a better work restoring those parts. Anyway, beside these problems, the chair is good, that's why 3 stars.
