I am very happy with the online ordering process and the chair itself. It was exactly what I wanted at a better price than new. Just be aware that the turnaround time from order to delivery is not as fast as advertised and communication is poor. So you kind of have to trust the process.
at first my order went throught with a little of wait. i reached throught mails without sucess, then tried on the actual chat of the website where i got immediate response. the team was very friendly and noticed me on every step of my order. i ordered an aeron titanium chair that arrived well packed and was in prestine condition. i highly recommand this website as the product is professionnaly refurbished.
I was pleasantly surprised with the delivery and packaging. I am very happy with the end result and have been using the chair for the past month now and have zero complaints.What was however confusing and an inconvenience was the fact that there was a lack of communication with the preparation of the order. I expected the order to arrive within 7-10 days as it is stated in the website. However, even in the Terms and Conditions, found nothing about the preparation time. Unfortunately the support emails never got an answer in 2 weeks.In total it took a little over a month for my chair to arrive upon purchase.
[UPDATE: Feb 2026] Following this review, the company replied within 24 hours, and the chair was delivered within one week.While I am raising my rating because the product arrived and is mechanically sound, the experience remains mixed.Condition: The chair was sold as "refurbished," but arrived with dust on the metal, dirty mesh, and a strong musty storage smell. "Refurbished" usually implies a level of deep cleaning that was missed here.Communication: In their reply, support claimed they had emailed me previously. I have checked my spam/junk folders extensively and have zero record of this. It appears communication only resumed after I posted this public review.Verdict: The chair works, but expect delays and potentially having to clean the item yourself upon arrival.[Orignal Review]I placed an order on Jan 8th with a promised 10-day delivery window. It has now been 18 days with no tracking info and no product.Worse than the delay is the lack of support. Despite their automated emails claiming they will "help straight away" via chat or email, they have ghosted me. My follow-up on Jan 20th was ignored, and the Live Chat is dead.Do not trust their delivery estimates or their support promises. If this review gets no reply either, I will be proceeding with a chargeback
I ordered a refurbished Herman Miller Setu chair which was delivered on January 23. The delivery itself took longer than expected, but that was manageable.Unfortunately the chair I received does not match the standards described on the website. It is advertised as being “professionally inspected, technically refurbished and thoroughly cleaned,” however the chair shows visible cosmetic wear and the tilt mechanism leans back excessively, making it difficult to use comfortably for work.I contacted the company in February and provided photos and a video demonstrating the issue, which they requested. Since then, I have not received any response despite following up several times.
