Hi! I wasn’t sure at first if I should buy a refurbished chair. I found a couple of detailed and convincing YouTube videos about the refurbishment process, which helped a lot. Still, I would love to see more videos and photos from the company.I also asked AI to find as much information as possible about the company. I hesitated for a while, but in the end I ordered a light grey Aeron with delivery to Portugal. The chair arrived in a couple of weeks and it was in excellent condition!I was honestly surprised by the build quality and by how clean it looked. There are only a few very small scratches, but they are not important. I’m happy with my purchase and with the company. Thank you!
I bought the Verus TriFllex model and I’m really happy with the product’s conditionand it arrived in great shape. The packaging is extremely practical: to start using it, you only need to fit the bottom part into the top part, which makes setup quick and easy with no complicated assembly.
The shipment took quite alot time to be shipped. Besides that there is nothing negativ - up until now - to mention.Product is - very obviously - used but in a very good shape. The mesh is allegedly swapped out before product is sold / shipped. AFAIK. Can´t deny. Can´t confirm.First Miller I bought so I do not have any comparison. But the chair feels great. Lumbar support is the best I´ve ever had before. It´s confy IMO, even though alot of people say it´s extremly restrictive. Which it has to be. But not in a bad way as far as I am concerned.Considering it is also priced for about half - compared to a brand new one. Great bargain so far.Also utilizing the chair for a few months now and yet no issue surfaced. Would buy again.
I was skeptical at first about a company that only refurbishes one make of chair, but as soon as I reached out to the team it was clear that this was the right choice for me!They were easily contactable, felt trustworthy, and gave me all the time I needed to decide on the right options for me (I had a lot of annoying questions!) Overall very happy with the product and price - it's a big investment but after speaking with the team I was very happy to go ahead safe in the knowledge my choice was right for me for the long term.If I'm completely honest, I think I was expecting a brand new chair to arrive...so when I spotted a few very minor marks I was initially put off - but then my rational side kicked in and I realised I was setting unreasonable standards. These are previously used chairs after all, and all it had were a couple of minor scuffs and a bit of dust...A solid and comfy option. Very happy, thank you team!
I spend almost 10 hours per day working from home and I wanted to buy one of the best chair in the market. However, the original price was too much for me. Then I discovered the world of refurbished Herman Miller but I was hesitant before buying a "used" chair. Considering the difference in price and the guarantee, I decided to give a try. Well, I am not able to see the difference from my refurbished Aeron and a new one to be honest. The shipment (international for me) was super fast and the I would like to say THANK YOU for the customer support, that decided to help me with an "issue" with Switzerland customs basically in real time. Totally recommend these guys and will be again in the future.
It took a long while to get my chair, they did offer me a different colour and earlier delivery but I really wanted the black one. From times a bit difficult to communicate but in the end I did receive a very nice chair, looks and feels 100% new.
I bought a couple of items from their site and I would advise you to go to an official route or other reseller.You won't find any review of mine anywhere online that isn't good, but I'm so extremely disappointed with the way they went about this, that I just felt a need to share it.1. The order was very late (They advertised sub 10 or so days from the moment the order is placed) and after 40 days I still haven't got everything2. They have a really bad way of communication about the product. Example: They don't mention anywhere visible that table doesn't come with holes and that you have to drill your own (I didn't have any tools in my home and I had to lose both time and money just to get that)3. Support took at times 7+ days to come back to me and numerous follow ups. After they delivered the final piece, they stopped responding completely.4. After spending few hundred euros on separate desk and chair while I wait for my stuff from this firm, they didn't offer any resolution5. I missed a lot of items and they had to be sent separately (few pieces of desk like a tray, headrest for chair etc.)6. I bought many times stuff that is claimed to be refurbished and visually you can't tell the difference. While the table is great, the chair has signs of significant usage which could be easily repaired7. After claiming they will refund me some part back, they stopped replying at all8. Lastly, this is potentially completely biased, but a friend has identical chair bought from official store, and I don't feel like its the same quality (Honestly I could just be pissed at this store and thats why I think so, but it feels different) One of the worst shopping experiences recently and I buy quite a lot of stuff online.
