Company promised delivery in 4-5 days. After 3 weeks and despite customer service promising it would be handled two weeks ago, they didn't answer calls but did respond to email. At first it was one error, then another, but the shipment did arrive and the chair is in decent shape. (We have two Aerons from new that are in better shape, but we are happy to have this one too!)If you order, I would follow up with them promptly to ensure that everything goes smoothly.
when it arrived, the ground clearance was not sufficent and my floor got a bit scraped.The support team at refurbishedmiller.com was very available and offered to attempt a solution with the seemingly broken gaslift. After some back and forth with the shipping companies, the matter was resolved. I received the gaslift back, with a set of larger wheels. Now the chair is perfect and I am very happy. The whole sending back and forth + troubleshooting took about 3 weeks. In this time period I felt it necessary, to check in with the company one or twice. For example when the fix was implemented, but the package wasn't handed to the shipping company.The customer server rep I talked to was very competent and patient. And always willing to try and help with my inquries.Knowing that communication and delivery work very well with this company, I would buy again.
First my Aeron was stuck at the DHL depot for 2 days. I contacted the customer service team, they responded quickly and resolved the issue immediately.The chair has now arrived and it doesn't get any better than this.I sit like a king.I initially opted for hard castors, but after moving from my office I needed soft castors on my new floor.Due to the slight delay in the first delivery, Herman Miller sent me a set of new soft castors for FREE.RefurbishedMiller, thanks for the good service and great chair!

Order made on 16/01/2024. The delivery was supposed to take place within 4 to 6 weeks, but 6 and a half weeks later, having no news, I contacted the customer service and left several messages without any response. 7 weeks after my order, I received a response and the chair has been finally dispatched. It has now been successfully delivered.
