Okey, I was a little bit sceptical at first.But really, highly recommended. Fast shipping to Sweden. Chair looked like completely new and I am very satisfied with the chair I purchased, the shipping time, and that I recieved the tracking link pretty fast.Ordered friday night, got it the next friday with DHL eCommerce.Only one little scratch on one of the armrests, but for being refurbished, I would say this is really worth it instead of buying it new.I sent a email to customer service on friday after i placed my order but never got a reply. So the only feedback I would say is to be more reachable there for your customers.I also read the terms and it seems to be hard/complicated to do returns & refunds from this company if you change your mind after placing an order or recieving your chair, and even harder if you purchase from your own company (B2B). I may understand that this is because they refirbish your placed chair on demand when you order it. So make sure you doublecheck your order I would say.8.5/10Lekker boys <3//Max
I tried to order the Herman Miller Aeron. On the website there was an advertisement for free shipping. I tried to redeem the discount code for free shipping but my order was placed with a 49,00 € charge for shipping.Update: I am now in contact with the team at RefurbishedMiller and they are trying to help me. I will update again as soon as I can confirm that they found a solution for my problem.

I returned my defective chair on July 22, and the company received it on July 24. Today is August 20, and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve tried reaching out to support multiple times, but they don’t respond at all. Update: it is sorted out, i appreciate the gift.
Placed an order for an accessory headrest for my Aeron chair - advertised on the website with "2 - 5 business days" - on July 13. I received an order confirmation and invoice the same day. The invoice amount was taken off my credit card two days later on July 15. Since then, nothing. I tried contacting them by email 4 times since then. No response at all.
I ordered today a Herman Miller Mirra. To be honest, I was not sure about all the features I wanted to add to my chair, but Bram, from the customer service, gave me the best possible assistance. He took so much time to guide me, not trying to sell useless stuff, only what was needed. I could not be more happy than what I am currently !
