Buyer BEWARE

Buyer BEWARE! This company claims they will give you a 100% refund if you are not satisfied with this product. They will not. They give you the run around via chat and via email offering you a slowly increasing percentage of refund to get you to keep the item and avoid shipping costs. It is ridiculous. Save your money and your time.
