The representative NIA was very helpful and very knowledgeable and kind she really helped me with this issue and if I had a company I would definitely be offering a job to her and I would like to thank her for getting my issue resolved so quickly.
I called the company Customer Service over a charge on my CC that was not submitted by me. It was taken care of. I also wanted to set up a date of return of the product as I was not feeling differently after one week of use. Russel talked with me explaining that I had 90 days to use it and return if it didn't give me any relief. So I thought about it and will use the product for the allotted time. He was very kind and committed to helping me with my problem. He said possibly I would need more time with the product and to keep trying it out. I agreed to do that. I would like to feel better.
Had I done my homework I would not have dealt with this customer. There costing is up to 5 times more than other suppliers and they do not standby there warranty. I used this product as directed for the time they suggested. It didn’t work for me and rather than a full refund as they suggest I got after a lot of communication a slight refund and a pack of tea. Do your homework, save your money and your sanity.
Shy was one of best customer service representatives I’ve ever dealt with. I’d had several problems with the product shortly after buying them and was leery of trying them again, but she gave me assurance to try them again instead of just telling my friends to steer clear. I’m anxiously awaiting the replacement to try again and am counting on Shy’s expertise.
The Rejuvacare patch did Not work for me. I used the patch as directed but the adhesive on the patch irritated my skin and unfortunately discolored it. But I did finally get my refund. Customer service representatives were kind, polite and patient. Thank you
You have an incredible representative in Russel!!If it wasn’t for Russel, I’d have a bigger and more serious issue than I initially had. This situation could have cost me dearly, even more than what I started with!Before my retirement, I worked many many years in the customer service business. That’s how I know without any doubt, how rare it is to find such an individual like Russel in our country today! Russel is a person that is far and very few to find! I had a "Membership Charge" issue with RejuvaCare I had no idea that I had signed up for. I sometimes had to ask Andy to repeat herself because of her accent made it difficult to understand what she was saying. Andy patiently listened to my rants repeated her responses so I could understand what she was saying. In the end she was able to resolve the issue and satisfy my concerns. : )
