I PURCHASED A PANOSONIC MASSAGE CHAIR…

I PURCHASED A PANOSONIC MASSAGE CHAIR AND WHEN I PURCHASED IT THEY SAID IT WOULD BE DELIVERED FROM ALBERTA IN ABOUT A WEEK AND THEY WOULD GIVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER FROM THEIR SHIPPING DEPT. THEY ARE IN TORONTO. HE SAID THE WAS FROM ISRAEL AND HAD A VERY HONEST COMPANY. 3 WEEKS PASSED AND STILL NO TRACKING NUMBER OR NO CHAIR. I SAID IF YOU CAN'T GIVE A SHIPPING DATE I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT IT. I TOLD HIM I WOULD CALL AMERICAN EXPRESS AND REVERSE PAYMENT. HE REFUNDED LESS 10 % CANCELLATION CHARGE. I DID NOT CANCEL BUT HE CANCELLED. HE DEDUCTED ABOUT $1,000. IMAGINE HOW MUCH HE COLLECTS FROM SELLING MERCHANDISE HE DOES NOT HAVE. I WILL HAVE TO GET THE BALANCE BACK FROM AMERICAN EXPRESS. HE CONTINUES TO ADVERTISE ON FACEBOOK. CONTACT FACEBOOK TO STOP HIM FROM BUYING ADS ON FACEBOOK

Return and Refund

I ordered an item from relaxacare and it wasn't quite what I was looking for. I followed the return procedure and was able to speak directly to a representative!! I was given a full refund without any issues. I am very pleased with the service I received from this company!

Absolutely the worst decision of my online career. Paid, zero response on delivery and when I went to contest the purchase they offered free upgrade. Zero customer service and plenty of excuses. I would have given zero if possible, 60 days later still no resolution. Run away

We ordered our first Trumedic 4000

We ordered our first Trumedic 4000 , foot massager from Relaxacare 2 months back. Unfortunately the packaging was missing a power cord . It was extremely disappointing as we could not use the product right away. We called Relaxacare and spoke to Jason, he was extremely apologetic and made sure that we got the power cord with 2 days . The best part was that he was in constant touch with us and as we got the cord he again apologized for the mishap . We feel extremely comfortable with the Relaxacare as a company and have recommended them to all our friends and they have also ordered this amazing product ( Trumedic 4000) foot massager . We wish Jason and his team all the best and will keep recommending them to our dearest friends

Bought a new MC-2500. It didn't quite fit me correctly. Jason agreed to deliver me a new MC-1500 (which fits me great) and pickup the MC-2500 (which saved me from having to pay to return it) and included a new Costway rowing machine to offset the cost difference between the two models of massage chairs.His communication, professionalism and product knowledge was great too.

Such an unbelievable experience with…

Such an unbelievable experience with these guys. The owner of this company, Jason I believe his name is. Was extremely attentative , knowledgeable and friendly with us. They have amazing products with unbelievably low prices. I absolutely love my massage chair. After a long day at work I sit in it for 20 minutes and feel brand new. They had their people deliver my chair and set it up in my basement. I still cant get over the pricing for all the service. Thank you again Jason or Tim Maybe? Not sure if I got the names right. However , the name I know for sure is Relaxacare. I'll be recommending your company to everyone I know that may want a massage chair.
