Great experience with Retainer Xpress…

Had a great experience with Retainer Xpress. A very easy service where I was able to get a new pair of retainers in very little time. Customer service team was very helpful and everything was smooth from the moment I purchased my new set of retainers till the moment they arrived. Good fit, and look great.

Retainers came fast and the service has been brilliant. They helped me out with any questions I had and the retainers fit perfectly. No issues with them at all and I will be buying from them again. I went for the extra thick ones so they last longer.

Great communication and adjustment service

Great service! I ordered two sets of 1mm retainers. When I received them, my lowers fit perfectly, but my uppers were slightly loose. I let them know via WhatsApp and they very quickly let me know I could send them in for an adjustment. I’ve received them back and they now fit really well, so that was brilliant. My girlfriend will now be ordering the same and I’ll be recommending to many others! Thanks for all the help

Avoid. Ordered a pair of retainers which arrived and, despite being advertised as ‘orthodontic standard’, were far more flexible than the two pairs I have had issued by two different London dentists. Politely suggested that I was disappointed in the quality and asked whether I could order a second thicker pair at the rate which is offered if you opt to order two pairs at point of purchase. Was instead quoted the price of a new pair via a new order, and offered a 10% discount (for context - £115 as opposed to the c.£35 at original point of purchase) if I were to leave a positive trust pilot review. Beware - it’s possible other positive reviews have been bribed out of people in a similar way :)Edit: the ‘delight’ that I apparently expressed as per the business response has been assumed from the words: ‘these retainers are feeling better now’ alongside the request for a thicker pair at a c.£35 charge (unfortunately can’t upload photo evidence). And the precise wording that requested a review so that people can decide for themselves whether it oversteps: ‘ Our team has got back to us and have informed us that you can receive a 15% discount off your second set order following a review on TrustPilot. Are you happy to do so?’

I just replaced my broken retainers with Retainer Xpress. I was really impressed with the price, quality and customer service. The ability to check your impressions via whatsapp is really reassuring. I'd recommend getting the extra putty just in case but there's an excellent instruction video on the website.

Absolutely amazing, so satisfied with my retainers they are so much better than NHS and the retainers provided by my orthodontist, would recommend 100%.. very good communication and quality of product, shipping was also fast.

Disappointing experience

Today I made my impressions. I followed the online tutorial . Sent lower impression photos via WhatsApp and received an immediate response to proceed. (10am) I took the upper impression straight after and sent whats app image at 10: 06. Didn't receive a response until 10:25 which said impression was unacceptable. Putty had dried so used the spare putty to make second attempt at upper. Sent images at 10:36. I chased response to impression several times, tried calling and e mailing to no avail. I finally received a response to my second attempt at 11:43 telling me they are not 24/7 and replies can take 2 hours. Still didn't confirm if impression was acceptable. I again asked for verification which they said no it wasn't acceptable. I had no putty to make another mould. It has already hardened in pallet. Now im expected to pay for more putty or waste £150. I'm really disappointed that they do not advertise that the verification photo process can take 2 hours and response isn't immediate so putty may be wasted. 2 hours to verify an image is unacceptable. They should offer customers a time so someone is available as they make their impressions. Why isn't this explained or advertised ? I'm awaiting a response to my e mail
