Review Time
I initially had a good experience with this company, ordering a well fitting retainer with easy to use impression kit and fast turnaround time. However, when I ordered a night guard at a later date, it was extremely tight, causing me to bleed. In all fairness, the company allowed me to send it back twice for adjustments but it still very clearly did not fit well and was extremely tight around my molars (painful). I requested a refund which they refused, dodging any responsibility. In fact, in response they blamed the reason for the poor fit on the drifting of my teeth and the bleeding to my poor gum health. I am a dental student and have informed the company the bleeding is due to trauma from the poor fit and that the stock trays were too narrow for my mouth. Again, they chose to blame it on my teeth and gums which I know is not the case. And so I am giving them a 1 star rather than 2.
The only company I found that could get retainers to me so quickly (within a week) and in time for my flight! Really impressed with the speed, constant communication and politeness of everyone I spoke with. I consistently liaised with Neesha over WhatsApp about any concerns and updates and she was always friendly and happy to help! Thank you! The process was throughly thought out and well explained, which allowed me to comfortably and confidently take my own moulds from home with ease. The company offers a thicker retainer upgrade of 1.5mm which is something I’ve not seen other retainer companies offer and is very useful for night time jaw clenchers like me.The retainers were of great quality and a perfect fit when they arrived. I’m beyond happy with this service and would highly recommend!
Retainer Xpress were super communicative at all times via WhatsApp.I had a slight issue with one of my impressions initially but they were extremely helpful resolving this and getting a replacement out to me ASAP.Highly recommended and saved me the cost and time off work needed to visit my usual dentist.
Genuinely one of the best services I’ve ever received online. Incredibly simple to order, easy comms vis wassap, then a ridiculously speedy turnaround of the retainers. Posted out moulds on Monday, new retainers in our postbox on Wednesday. I know this review sounds gushing, it’s meant to 👏. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
