Very efficient process to replace my broken retainer. I was fortunate enough to already have a 3D-printed mould of my teeth, so I was able to drop this off and pick up the retainer later that day. The price was also far more reasonable than my regular dentist.
This company has been absolutely brilliant. From customer service to the actual service, saved us a lot of money, headache and the retainers came absolutely amazing and fit perfectly! Disappointing. It started well with a next day delivery, and the form inside gives you an allocated time slot to send through your moulds with someone on whatsapp for guidance and approval. Mine was 12-2pm and it happened to be delivered at 11am so I was pleased because I needed this done asap. It turns out they actually take days to respond, sometimes with very little information leaving you waiting another 17 hours for another answer. It actually took over 8 days just for a response to confirm my moulds would be approved so I could send them back off. It is so frustrating and also so avoidable.When your retainer breaks, you need another asap so that your teeth don't start moving again. I went for retainer xpress because the name indicates fast service. But it couldn’t be any further from the truth. In terms of the retainers themselves- they’re ok, but not great. My top retainers sort of saddle from front to back and don’t seem to have a permanent position. They don’t feel secure at all so I will need to go to a dentist properly. It’s true what they say - you pay cheap you pay twice!
Ordered the retainers and carried out the moulding. Unfortunately, they weren’t approved initially due to a mistake I’d made. The team were super quick to respond and supply me with new moulds, collect and drop-off within an hour and were super friendly throughout. Would highly recommend.
I can't believe I got two sets of quality retainers for less than the price of one set from my orthodontist. Better quality in fact. Literally got them 3 days from ordering - ordered online, posted my moulds next day and received moulds back with two sets of replacement retainers in cases the very next day. WhatsApp communications were very prompt as well. Really pleased I ordered from here.
After wearing the retainer for 2-3 days my teeth started to move again and I had to go back to my old retainer. I told RetainerXpress who then requested that I send a video of inside my mouth. I thought this was weird and asked why - they didn't give any explanation. I asked several questions and offered solutions - such as a new retainer with thicker plastic - which were. They didn't respond for days at a time, then when their self-invented 14 days deadline had elapsed they refused to give a refund.
