Retro Stage has such wonderful pieces to offer! They capture the styles that were so charming and flattering that I still want to wear them! They are well-made with quality fabrics and the packages arrive right on time. Dealing their people has also been great. I accidentally ordered the wrong size in a swimming suit and not only were they very helpful, they responded quickly. I spoke with Yomi and she addressed all my concerns and facilitated my exchange right away. I will definitely be buying from them again!
I recently ordered several items from Retro Stage. They all arrived (in three separate packages), though one must keep in mind shipping will take a few weeks if you live in the US as your order will come across the sea from China. The quality and sizing are pretty inconsistent as other customers have stated. Your mileage may vary on the fabrics, I feel satisfied with their look and feel, but don't expect luxury. Most of the items I purchased are very cute and well-fitting but one pair of wide-legged, high-waisted pants, ordered in Large, is too small in the waist, and I will be getting them altered as some reviews indicate the return process is unpredictable. One of my items, a vintage nightwear robe, is probably unwearable because I took a gamble on a one-size only item that did not arrive quite as pictured. I am 5'7" with broad shoulders and narrow hips. I would say do trust their size charts but the measurements don't seem at all standard and if you are normally a medium with a figure like mine for example, you may find yourself sizing up to accommodate your waist and shoulders. Overall I did not suffer a huge loss, and I will most likely be wearing the skirts and dresses I bought for several years.
I needed to exchange for a bigger size for a bathing suit I ordered. I was able to speak to you immediately and begin in the process of an exchange without any problems. Yomi was the person who helped me through this process and they were amazing. I have ordered from you guys before and will continue to do so in the future.
when i needed to send back my swimsuit (got the wrong size) yomi was very helpful and straightforward when going through the refunding process. also, the swimsuit is very pretty. my only real concern was that i got the wrong size!
My daughter loves her bathing suit from Retro Stage! The size that arrived was big for her and Yomi in customer service was so very helpful and provided excellent help. Yomi went above and beyond to help us. I would definitely buy from them again if the opportunity arises. 5 stars!!
