I had ordered a bathing suit not realizing it was the wrong size when ordered. So i reached out to customer service and have been speaking with Yomi. Yomi has been absolutely incredible with helping me get the correct size and doing everything possible to make sure my experience was great! Absolutely would order again from here!
At first I ordered my swimsuit too small and I emailed about the return process because I wasn’t sure if it was possible. I got answers back right away, and Yomi has been beyond kind and helpful! I will definitely be ordering again! Everything is such good quality!
Not only does the website have cute clothing at an affordable price, but the customer service team (specifically Yomi) are super helpful and friendly. I had a return to complete and Yomi has been flexible with my situation AND has patience with my replies. I’ve ordered from Retro-Stage twice for far and will continue to do so!
I LOVE THE CUTE RETRO CLOTHES FROM RETRO STAGE. I recently ordered two super cute vintage bathing suits, one 1970s and one 1940s and my dumb thumbs accidentally ordered the small size for one of them. Let’s say, I’m not a small. I contacted Retro Stage about my mistake and they were totally Awesome in helping me get the right size!! Thank you Yomi for all the time you spent correcting my ordering mistake and helping me get my cute summer bathing suits in the correct size! Yomi and Retro Stage rock!!
This swimsuit is absolutely adorable—flattering, cute, and clearly well-made. The fabric feels high quality, and the design is both stylish and supportive. I especially appreciated the structured bra cups, which would be great for someone with a fuller bust.Unfortunately, the fit just didn’t work for my body shape. I usually wear a size 14 and followed the size chart, ordering an XXL. However, the midsection was too loose, and I didn’t have enough bust to fill out the cups properly. The cups are quite stiff, which adds support but didn’t suit my proportions.That said, I want to give a big shoutout to Yomi from customer service, who was incredibly helpful and kind in facilitating an exchange. Their support made the process smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated.It’s a shame the sizing didn’t work out because this suit would have been perfect for my upcoming Disney cruise! I’d still recommend it to others—it’s a beautiful piece, just be mindful of the fit depending on your shape.
Shocking customer service! Completely ignored all contact and even an investigation with klarna, which now means I'm £60 out of pocket! A very expensive mistake that I'm very upset about. Avoid!!!!! *edit* as of now I've managed to get contact through social media, which seems to be the preferred way, we are working towards a solution, the team I'm speaking with are helpful, so I'll update with a result, it's a lengthy process as it's not real time chat.
The swimsuit received was to small, my fault and was offered many options to have a new one sent to me. Yomi was awesome with assisting me with this process and now my daughter will have a matching swimsuit! Customer service is great!
