Review Time
The swimsuit I ordered was beautiful and came in the mail quicker than they said it would, but unfortunately it’s was size S instead of L. I contacted the customer service department, who got right back to me with an offer to replace. Working with Yomi made this easy. I will definitely buy again.
Cute design, but see-through and costly mistake.I ordered a really cute swimsuit from RetroStage, but it turned out to be completely see-through, something not shown or mentioned on their website. When I tried to return it, I had to go through a 7-step process, pay for return shipping myself, and they refused to refund the original shipping, so I ended up spending money on a defective product that I couldn’t even wear.Overall, disappointing quality control and customer service. I won’t be shopping here again, and would recommend being very cautious before ordering.
My items arrived sooner than I thought and I absolutely love them. I'm already working on my second order. Also their customer service is excellent and responded right away to my questions. Thank u and I will be ordering more soon.
I was soooo excited when I found this site! When I got my item it was NOTHING like the picture. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. The outfit looks like a clown costume, not an elegant form fitting jumpsuit.
My experience with Retro Stage has been wonderful! I unfortunately purchased the wrong size bathing suit, however Yomi from the customer service team has been helping me every step of the way to get the correct size! I encourage you to measure before you purchase but, if there’s a slip they will be more than happy to help.
So, to start off, I have not received my item ordered yet, it is arriving this week. However I would like to express how great Yomi was in getting back to me regarding my wrong size ordered. I accidentally ordered a SMALL when im a LARGE and was worried they would ship out the size ordered. I was skeptical because the contact # listed just had me leave a voicemail. I also contacted them through email in case. Yomi reached out to me the same day and let me know they updated my order with the correct size and not to worry. The customer service aspect was great to say the least getting back to me in a timely manner! I am awaiting my order and will complete another review once received. This is my first time ordering through this site and hope it wont be my last. I look forward to my bathing suit expected for PRIDE weekend! THANK YOU YOMI!!!!!!!!!!
