Prompt delivery and good communication, however, UK buyers beware - returns are to China at your expense! You will be offered a partial refund instead of returning the goods. The goods are also not value for money in my opinion. I have learned my lesson.
My name is Felicia & I made My 1st purchase with retro stage on July 1st for a bathing suit that was beautiful and just like the picture on the website, unfortunately it was a size too big for Me. Yomi from retro stage's customer service department was amazing helping Me with the exchange process. She went above & beyond helping Me & I really appreciated it. I will definitely be making more purchases from retro stage & will recommend it to people I know.
While some of their items are a hit or miss and this site is definitely from China. The customer service is what makes this company worth it. I first dealt with "Luna" who is absolutely lovely and sweet. She is professional, but takes your concerns seriously. She resolved my issues right away and the communication is above and beyond. "Yomi" was also another great representative I dealt with on another item. Both are wonderful and I recommend Retro Stage!

What made my experience great at Retro Stage was the email communication. I wanted to let Retro Stage know I truly enjoyed wearing my dress on Friday 10/31/25. I wore it all day. I have already washed it in a mesh bag, hung to dry on a clothes hanger inside the house, then I ironed it. It is ready to wear again.
