Yomi has been so helpful and kind! When we received my girlfriends bathing suit and it didn't quite fit right. Yomi helped us through the entire process of getting a suit that fits her and making sure we understood the process. They were very patient and didn't rush us on a decision. I'll definitely be coming back for future purchases with a customer service team like this.
They have been helpful and given me good opportunities to try different items if I feel the ones I’ve purchased don’t work for me. I love the swimsuit I’ve gotten from them and all of their items are good quality. Yomi, one of the workers that has helped me, has done great with assisting me in finding a solution to return a product that didn’t fit me.
Despite the mixup in items, Yomi has been the most helpful service member ive spoken to yet. they have been helping me to figure out a replacement and get the process started with me despite my impatience. i appreciate the kind treatment ive received while trying to figure all of this out. the products themselves are good quality and were shipped out quickly as well.
I was very pleased with the material of the swimsuit I bought, unfortunately I just need a bigger size. When I reached out to explain my problem, I was met with great customer service from Yomi! And I greatly appreciate their patience and understanding.
It came in so cute! I bought a couple swimsuits awhile couple years ago and they still look super cute! I also bought this beautiful 50’s dress with actual embroidery work on the top part! They did take forever to come in the mail, but that’s not their fault.
