This is not my first time buying from this site. The dresses are beautiful and of excellent quality. Last time I bought a dress that was too big and the staff, Yomi in particular, were super nice in assisting me. I will definitely buy again.Absolutely recommended!Flora
I placed an order on April 21st and as of today May 13th I still do not have my order, I have emailed them twice for a refund with no response. I ordered the swimsuit for a vacation and now I will not have it and not only will I not have it shows it will be delivered after I have already left for my vacation. Do not trust them the orders take longer than 8-15 buy days to receive the items. I will not be from this company ever again, the response time is horrible and so is the delivery time, I have ordered other items after this item and received before this was even shipped it took the company 15 business days to even ship the item and it’s only one swimsuit not two not several just one.
I ordered the beautiful sailor jumpsuit, and it came in perfect condition and was as adorable as in the ad!! I tried it on and found that I needed a little bit more room in the breast area so I contacted the company. They immediately got back to me and we're so helpful and quick with the exchange from the medium to large. I highly recommend this company and will be ordering a lot more from them.
This was my first time using this site, and it exceeded my expectations. I ordered 4 new swimsuits, and each one was true to size. I have not worn them swimming yet, but when trying them on, they all fit perfectly. I was only let down by one. The white fabric lining the inside kind of flips and shows around the edges of the bottoms, but it is not a huge deal. I will be ordering again.
The items came fast and prompt! Items were just as described, my wife usually is a S/XS in clothing but the S is too small, she didn’t even attempt to try it on. I inquired about exchanging for a bigger size and had the pleasure of having Yomi help, what a delightful experience! Yomi communicated with me and helped me get the solution I needed. 5+ Stars. I accidently ordered the wrong size for my mother in laws birthday, so I contacted customer service and they are sending me a free replacement and letting me keep the item I ordered to save me on shipping costs. Great customer service! Thanks Yomi!
First off, the product itself is beautiful and I will definitely be shopping here more often for wonderful vintage clothing items! Not only that but the service here is wonderful! The team reaches out quite quickly and are very easy to work with. Personally, I got Yomi as my customer service representative and they were wonderful! I had accidently bought the wrong size and they did everything they could to get me my correct product size for as little as possible! It was a truly wonderful experience to get help from Yomi!
