I have ordered a number of pieces from this company and have liked all of them. I bought a flapper dress and a feather headband for a 1920s party and it all looked great. I also bought a leopard bathing suit one piece that I liked. My recent purchase of a vintage bikini didn’t suit my body so I exchanged it for a one piece that I am eager to receive. The customer service has been helpful and responsive.
The quality of the clothes and shoes were better than I expected for such a low price. The shoes fit and are comfortable- and I am 69 years old and rarely wear heels. But these are so cute and wearable that I ordered another pair.The dresses run a little small ....or I run a little big . .. but customer service has been very friendly, fair and helpful in exchanging my dresses. I'm already starting another order.
Edit: After posting this review Retro-stage reached out. I sent them photos of the suit and they agreed the rushing was wrong. They offered to send a replacement or any other suit on that price range completely free. Recieved the new suit today and it is really nicely made. Happy they resolved my issue!Swimsuit has ruched belly and was done so incorrectly making material hang down past crouch area. Reached out for refund. They asked why. I told them and so far not another word said. Also posted 1 star review on their website that has yet to be posted....
Retro Stage has quickly become a favorite! The three dresses I initially ordered were perfect, prompting me to buy three more and fill my cart with even more for the future. Although the bathing suit I ordered later didn't fit quite right and was a bit uncomfortable, the customer service I received from Yomi was outstanding. She responded quickly and offered several solutions for the return/exchange. Overall, Retro Stage offers beautiful clothing and truly values its customers.
Just how they fixed my mess up . So I lost weight and got a bathing suit that was a large but I need a medium. Well they just didn't help me fix it . They made it even better by sending a different one (changed my mind) and covered shipping and cost of the difference between the 2 and let me keep the one in case I can fit . We all know this up and down weight in menopause. So for that I recommend.
