The dress arrived on time it was beautiful and well-made but just a little tight; I needed a size up. So I emailed them and Luna responded very quickly. She was very friendly and helped me get what I needed for my event! I will shop with Retro Stage again! Love this dress & the service!
On November 15, I ordered a lovely dress. When I found out that shipping takes a while, I emailed customer service and asked them to rush, if possible. They kindly obliged and my dress arrived on the 26th! I am so happy with the quality of the garment for the cost, and the great customer service!Will be ordering more items in the future!
I ordered a couple of dresses and shoes, but unfortunately, the fit wasn’t quite right. I contacted customer service, and they were helpful in providing a solution that worked for me. While I wish the dresses I ordered had more of a stretch to it because they were so beautiful they definitely would have fit. So keep that in mind make sure to measure yourself before ordering and size up because they do run small.I appreciate the effort Yomi made to resolve the issue. It’s reassuring to know they’re willing to work with customers to make things right."
I've ordered a few items from Retrostage recently and have been amazed at both the quality of the items and the speed of their service. The team have also been incredibly helpful with their responses to me, specifically Yomi, who especially after I had incorrectly ordered the wrong size of one item, Yomi has been incredibly helpful and attentive.
I love the items I have ordered so far. Only once have I needed to return an item for the sizing being too big and the process was very easy. I had questions on how the process would work and Luna was very helpful explaining everything along the way. I will continue to buy from this website!
