Luna was helpful and provided good customer feedback. I,unfortunately, ordered the wrong size in am adorbale outfit and she was able to help. Hopefully, it reaches me before the event!! Edit: I did not get tracking information for weeks. I had to request it. It has also taken over 3 weeks for delivery. Also, with the time difference, we have only been able to communicate once a day.
I ordered a dress from for my daughter for Christmas from Retro-Stage. There were a couple of issues with the shipment through no fault of Retro-Stage. Their customer service was super responsive through the entire process, including a size change. I would very highly recommend Retro-Stage without reservation. We very much appreciated their timely response and resolution.
I bought the cutest Halloween dress and loved it! I ordered a cute Christmas dress and it doesn't fit I the company will not respond to my emails! They only give you a 2 weeks deadline to return and I feel like I'm being ignored so I cannot make a return. Horrible customer service! Their clothes are so cute but now I don't want to do business with them!My bad, there was a response in my spam emails. I have replied back and i'll see how the return goes.Update 12/22/24They sent me 3 choices for return. 1. Keep the dress and they will send another size for$102. Keep the dress and refund me $6 for a $36 dress. 3. Return the dress at my cost.So I returned 2 dresses for $26 shipping and they will only refund 1 dress for $36. I spent $59 originally. So if you you are ok with that customer service buyer beware and bye at your own risk of getting ripped off by this company. I will never buy from them again!
I ordered the same dress in 2 sizes because I wasn't sure which would fit better. The dress is besutifully crafted and doesn't feel like a cheaply made dress! I reached out to customer service to return the size that is too big, and Yomi has been so helpful! Definitely would order more dresses for future occasions!
The quality of Retro Stage's pieces is incredible. My Dapper Day outfits are always perfect and I get a lot of compliments. They are simply excellent at what they deliver. I highly recommend them and I'm surprised that the pieces are so affordable and of excellent quality.
I have purchased a couple of dresses now from Retro Stage and each one is the best till I receive the next one. The quality is top notch and the styles are perfection. I recently went through cancer treatments and lost some weight. I'm feeling stronger now and have been eating better. I ordered the cutest dress to treat myself and when it arrived, I was so excited to try it on and when I did it was just a bit too small. (Due to eating better!) I asked to exchange it for the next size up and I received a response immediately from Yomi saying no problem. She is exchanging and I look forward to many more purchases in the New Year! I have always been so impressed with not only the selection and quality of Retro Stages outfits but also their customer service. I recently ordered something a bit too big and Luna was a huge help in getting things sorted out for me in the best way possible.
