My daughter is in love with the vintage look to the clothes and shoes at Retro Stage. She now has Two dresses, a pair of shoes, and two really cute swimsuits that she has gotten from them. When she had to make an exchange, a customer service associate named Luna was more than happy to help and got back to me in a timely manner. So far it has been a really fun place to shop!
The outfit I ordered did not fit me well and I requested an exchange. Luna from customer service responded promptly and professionally. She listened to my request and was able to find a solution that worked for both me and the company. The dress I ordered was mostly exactly what was in the photo besides the fact that the brown wasn't brown. Could be explained as more of a dark burnt orange or a crispy brown. I wonder if the lighting during photograph sessions of products is taken seriously. Otherwise first time I ordered from retro stage and I'd be happy to do so again.
Oh my days I think this is one of my fav online shops rn. Things come in pretty fast and customer service is so so so nice!! Yomi was super understanding with my whole fiasco and for once I didn't feel like I was talking to just a bot!! Anywayz for the price everything is worth it in my opinion!! I know im buying from here again!!
Not only beautiful clothes but the best customer service team. YOMI responded to my concerns in less than a hour. I ordered 3 dresses and one didn't fit, a replacement was arranged immediately. Can't wait to wear my dresses for holiday parties
I ordered 2 dresses and a pair of shoes. Dresses were great. Loved them both. Made very well. The shoes were to small. I got in touch with customer service and talked to Luna and she made everything right. Very nice and attentive. Will definitely order from retro-stage again. Thank you Luna.
The response reply was in a mannerly time, and the representatives were exremely understaning of my concern. The representatives offered me options for my issue to be resolved an efficient time frame.Retro has products that I can not find anywhere else.
The shipment took very long as it came from China. The material is cheap costume quality, but I got what I paid for, and have worn the Christmas print dress twice, and felt fine about it. I would NOT shop here expecting quality fabric and investment pieces, just fun fashion, or costumes.
