The dress I ordered arrived quickly, but unfortunately was too small. I contacted the customer service department via email, and received a response shortly thereafter. The customer representative, Luna was very friendly and helpful! I asked for options to exchange for a larger size, and Luna confirmed I was able to do that, no problem! I wish all retail service issues were resolved so easily! Wow, great experience
I recently purchased a special pre-order Christmas dress, and even though they clearly stated it would be sent at a later date and I expected additional shipping time for international delivery, everything went smoothly and it arrived before time. Unfortunately, the dress was a size too big, when I tried it on, and I contacted customer support slightly dreading the return process as I live in a completely different country (Denmark, Europe). I was met with such kindness and helpful information from Luna. She helped selecting the right size, and we discussed different options for exchange and return. She took time to answer all my questions and was overall super attentive. She even offered to take care of the whole thing for me. The entire experience was very pleasant. I can't wait to recieve my new dress, and I will definitely be buying from them again.

I was impressed with Retro Stage clothing. I often order from another website for my daughter’s retro styles but saw this advertised on Facebook and thought I’d give it a try. I was pleased with the quality of the fabric and stitching. Fit may run a bit large – I ordered a Medium and had to return it for a Small, but the return process seems simple, and customer service is prompt. I’ll be buying from Retro Stage again!

I ordered some christmas boots from the site and they are absolutely cute, unfortunately they were too small for me, but I managed to get in contact with the company and 1. I purchased $325.00 worth of clothes from Retro Stage, and never got anything delivered to me. They refused to give me a refund, as they tried to tell me my items got stolen in Chino, Ca , but I don't live in chino, Ca i am in. Fremont, Ca. They never tried to offer any remedies, or refunds and said if i wanted to have them reship my items it would cost me $60 more.
