I love the unique designs that this shop has! In the past, I have placed a handful of orders and have scored some wonderful pieces for costumes and photoshoots. Recently, I needed some assistance with finding a better fitting piece, and Yomi came to the rescue with many options! I'm very happy to have this shop as an option to find lovely pieces. ☺️♥️👍🏼
I love Retro Stage!!! The clothes are so fun and affordable. But it’s more than the affordability that makes them great. The clothes have style and sass and attitude. I don’t like to wear the same clothes that everyone else wears. I want to be unique. These clothes are unique!! The craftsmanship is amazing. I bought a sequined dress and it is such stellar quality! They have true artists working there. I had a few problems with my order. I mistakenly ordered 2 of a dress instead of 1 and I bought shoes that were too big but Yomi in customer service worked with me and made everything ok!! She and the company are wonderful. Been looking for a cute yellow polka dot swimsuit for quite some time now. I really liked this one piece. It's cute and not too revealing. Material is good, fabric is not thin. This works more for bigger busts. I also had a great customer service experience by Luna.
I had purchased 3 dresses from retro-stage. One of the dresses that I had purchased couldn’t be fulfilled by the warehouse and Yomi helped me find a suitable replacement. Their customer service has been outstanding. They are also understanding. One of my dresses arrived and it’s just too small in the arms. It was great quality and looked just like the picture. That was my fault for not checking sizing. I could be a small in something medium in others. I reached out again and Yomi was able to help me figure out a solution! Seriously the level of care from a website shop is outstanding. I did have one 1950 solid black button dress that arrived and it’s just like the picture also and fits great. If you are looking for retro fashion this is the shop for you.
I had a problem with one aspect of my order and wished to return something. Once I reached out to customer service (my customer service team member was called Yomi) about this, I got a very quick response offering me three potential options. I chose to have a replacement item, which arrived quickly and without fuss, of which I am incredibly happy with. If purchasing from here, I would definitely recommend their shoes.
My original order never arrived, despite the tracking info saying it did and when I contacted Retro Stage, they responded immediately and rectified the problem. Yomi, especially, was extremely helpful. At every turn of my order, they have been wonderfully responsive and extremely easy to shop with. Love the site!
The order and delivery process was flawless. The product I received was at the expected quality and matched what I saw on the website. The sizing was also a good match, but my wife wasn't happy with the fit, so I contacted customer service. Yomi was extremely helpful and professional. I ordered a 1960s style dress in a dark green colour. When it arrived the colour wasn't quite what I had expected but it was a beautiful style and a very good fit. The fabric was lovely but I was just uncertain about the colour with my skin tone. I contacted Retro Stage regarding exchanging the dress for a different colour. Yomi from the customer service team contacted me and agreed to replace the dress. I am very happy with the outcome and will certainly buy more from this company.
