Horrible Company

Horrible Company! Paid in full on July 26. My Bank confirmed that the money was paid on the 26th for payment due on the 28th. On the 30th the company charged me a $30 late fee. I Closed my account. I have never dealt with such a crooked company.

Could not log in for 30 min

Could not log in for 30 min. Had to call it in had to stay on hold till 5 ,just so they could charge late fees.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND,the annual fees and the customer service is absolutely the worst I've ever dealt with,one lie after another,if you don't have this card you don't need it there are other better companies that you can use instead of these crooks.i hope they go out of business ASAP.no matter how good your credit is they will not save the fee in order to keep your business,they would rather you cancel you account and move on with your life.what a joke and if you call expect to be in hold for an hour
