Excellent customer service

The sales experience was relaxed. There was no pressure to buy but the sales person was helpful and encouraging and gave me space to make my decision. The delivery was on time and the two lads Murray and Murray were extremely helpful and polite. Great service all round.

Stressless Arm chair and ottoman

I have purchased from Richard F MacKay before, and knew they were one a few retailers who stocked the chair I wanted.The sales person (Hollie Ure) knew her stuff, and the purchase was made-with a few hundred pounds reduced-easily and no pressure. I like to shop myself.I like nice quality, and service to boot. Forget about promos, deals, and large chain stores. Buy the best you can afford.Steven Elief

Great service when buying g sofas

I bought 2 Stessless sofas from Richard F Mackay, I previously bought a chair from them and was impressed by the make. Hollie, our sales person, was great. She was informative, knew the construction and configurations of the modular furniture. Ordering and delivery went smoothly. Friendly, helpful, interested, supportive and fast - what more could somebody who doesn't like shopping want? Bought two sofas and a bespoke mattress in 40 minutes! Our experience at RFM was excellent and Holly couldn't have been better - thank you!
