Steven & Murray delivered & assembled my sofa & chair. Great communication phoning the night before to give me my expected time. Arrived at time expected. Put down protective covers to protect my carpet. Took time to ensure the old sofa was removed & new sofa brought in without damaging my newly painted walls! Would def recommend.
From sales staff in the showroom to Neil and Steven who delivered our order everything went smoothly to schedule. Delivery was at the start of our 2 hour slot which was a bonus. The delivery guys were polite and efficient. Well done to all! W K Oates
Bought a Stressless swivel chair in September 23. Unfortunately there was some scraping of the base metalwork only noticed after delivery. RH MacKay were very good and told me they would order a new base from Sweden. The repair work would be carried out in my home. I was notified of its arrival and a convenient date was agreed upon. The 2 chaps - Reese & Neil - arrived punctually at 8am and got to work disassembling & rebuilding. Friendly & polite. Very efficient. No fuss. The work was involved but was completed in good time. My chair looks great and is functioning better than before. Very satisfied.
Choosing a new mattress felt an enormous challenge. Our anxieties about this decreased, however, when we met Jas. She was extremely helpful in assisting us to clarify our needs, took time to explain what the different products had to offer and encouraged us to take time to try them out. There was no pressure to purchase.With her calm and helpful support we felt able to make a decision which she dealt with very efficiently, ensuring all the paperwork and delivery details were quickly completed and that we were aware of what was required to “settle in” our new mattress.No regrets about our choice. We’re very happy with our new bed and are grateful for the advice we received and we know we can be back in touch should we have any issues in the future.
We had a really good experience choosing our new furniture ably assisted by the lovely Holly. She was very friendly, professional and made the whole experience a delight. Our furniture was stored for several months while we waited for our new apartment to be completed. Our sofa, armchairs, dining table and chairs were delivered today by Neil and Steven. It was quite a feat getting the sofa into our property - they did this with good humour and in a really professional manner. It was a pleasure having them in our new home. Bought our first suite, carpets in 1965 when the store was in South Clerk. Returned there last year to purchase a small sofa and Stressless leather chair; and then a few weeks later two G plan settees and an armchair. Regret the long lapse in time between visits.Service given by Jas on both our recent visits was first class. No attempt at hard sell -simply polite courteous patient and understanding contact throughout the whole process from the initial order to final delivery. In our experience Jas is a real credit to the company And these aspects have not changed from our first time at the store in 1965.Pretty good going!!
We have just taken delivery of 2 armchairs; Rhys and Steven were very helpful and friendly, and were happy to put the chairs into the lounge for us. All in all a great customer experience, starting when we tried out and ordered the chairs only 2 weeks ago, and finishing today when the chairs arrived.
Murray and Murray delivered our rather large corner unit into a tight fit which must have taken a lot of patience. They arrived slightly early which was great for us as we still caught out normal bus! Every time they entered the house they placed 'shoe's' over their feet in order to protect our floorings. The fitting of the suite was made all the more difficult as it had to be connected to the electric. But, they did all of this and a table with a smile. We felt very comfortable to let them do their thing on their own, even though my large precious fish tank was in the room. We couldn't even persuade them to take a hot drink nor water. If I could give more stars, I would!!! Happy new owners and happy fish!!! Thanks guys, you do your company proud!!
