I called the Rise to arrange new contract. I was guided through my options by Chris Thorpe in a clear, concise and polite manner. Everything was arranged within minutes and confirmed over the email with clear advice around next steps and available support.

John's amazing!

John's amazing but No service yet.As expected this was just the purchasing call but me explaining the complicated set up of us buying a new house moving our old one on the openreach network then cancelling and moving to rise. Paying and sorting out the new deal was less than 15 minutes on a call. This guy is great at customer service and gets it.

Tobi was great

Tobi was great! Nothing like the other experiences I had with Rise support. Everyone else (4 others) were extremely dismissive and gave no effort to resolving my issue. Tobi was the only one to really troubleshoot my issue together with me and to have patience while doing so instead of just trying to pawn me off or get me off of the call.He did the absolute most to ensure that my service was working as intended and guided me towards the resolution in an extremely clear and concise manner. Give that man a promotion!
