Review Time
I am an existing customer who had a query and needed help. After listening to the usual recording and then selecting the customer service department from the key pad, I was on hold for 19 minutes. I therefore did a test, rang back and selected that I wanted to become a customer of Rise Fibre. Guess what, they answered in less than 2 minutes. I questioned this and his response was they have more people on the new business lines. Obviously he wasn't interested in my query and recommended I speak to the very department I had just wasted 19 minutes on hold for. I have a recommendation for you Rise. Put more people on the phones who try to help your existing customers or you might lose more than you attract.
I started to fill in the on-line form to switch from my current broadband provider to Rise as Rise seemed to have a cheaper price for a good speed compared to most other providers. I didn't complete the form as I then got a call from Rise and spoke to a very helpful, friendly person, Kay, who clearly explained about their service and gave me confidence to go ahead and book. Just hope I won't be disappointed!
I spoke to Adnan who was super helpful and chatty. I called because my contract started today but the password provided wasn’t working. He explained to me that he had to update the software and then it would be fine. He stayed on the line while I checked the password was working, which it was. Thank you Adnan!
I have been looking around for a decent provider to cater for working from home and average modern usage- streaming and a few devices, was recommended Rise Fiber by a family member who has had great service with them. So thought I'd call to see what their service is like, I have to say Kay, who I spoke with at length was wonderful. Very clear, Helpful and went above and beyond to secure me a deal I am happy with- not only is it a great service, but you can get in contact with a human very quickly (well you can to set up the service anyway.) all in all a seamless, easy and enjoyable chat with the wonderful Kay! I've just booked my installation with Rise. I'm swapping from one of the bigger names as Rise are offering more than double the speed for less than half of the price of my current package. I spoke with Jason over the phone who was polite, reassuring and made the whole process easy. Jason understood and catered to my needs as a customer and helped find a package perfect for me.
