Went on to the website for more information as I was still in contract with my current provider but looking to swap over. Got a call to check if there was anything I needed help with. Chris Thorpe was very helpful answering my questions and concerns. He was able to apply a discount to counteract the early exit fee and managed to schedule a date in advance that wasn't available from their website that suited me. He put through the switch with my current provider to give notice but also ensure continuity of service which is important as I work from home. So far I have been happy with the service. I hope the installation and ongoing service continues to provide the high service I have received so far.
Mike rang following up on an enquiry I'd made on the website. I had a great conversation with him, I'm technically very competent and he knew exactly what I was talking about when discussing my requirements. He explained the pricing very clearly and even detailed how I could push back the installation date ot match when my existing ISP contract ends.If the follow up support is as good as this then I'll be very happy with Rise.
I got off to a bit off a mix up in the date apparently openreach disconnected the installation instaed of swapping it from the last supplier but to be fair to rise fibre they did sort out the problem in the end and they were proffesional about the experience i had they rewarded me with 3 months free internet because of the mix up but to be fair it was open reach that made the mistake
