When setting up my account, Mike, from Rise certainly went above and beyond to ensure that we would be able to activate our connection much sooner than was quoted when provided a little bit of extra info. Not only that seemed knowledgable about bridging vs using the router they provide. All in all a great setup. And it's a pleasant change to call into people who know what they are talking about
Very happy with service, from start to finish was so easy, simple,straightforward. The installation guys were 100% efficient, friendly and very helpful, 100% happy with everything.I would also like to thank andre for his help as well. I had problem with connecting WiFi, he sorted it in seconds, so a big thank you to him as welI, give him also 100% customer service.
It's only my first day with Rise. My old ISP stopped internet at midnight, but Rise didn't start the internet until 09:45. Furthermore there was a bit of technical issue with the WiFi. I had to call the Rise customer service. After waiting in the queue for around 30min, the Rise representative was able to sort out the technical issue fairly quickly.
