Fantastic communication since I made the decision to switch to Rise. Took the afternoon installation slot and the engineers arrived at the start of my allocated time. Knowledgeable and friendly, the engineers completed the installation within 90 minutes. Also gave me troubleshooting tips should I have any issues. First class service and I’m a very satisfied customer.
Jenna was helpful and helped find a solution going forwards. Slight improvement could have been the system allowing for more flexibility to adjust certain things post order, but not a criticism of the staff involved, who were great.

Started off ok. Now for over a week I've had 0.01mbps download max. Called tech support for them to go through the SAME procedure 4 times. Turn off, factory reset, reprovision, reset black fibre box. Still only 0.01mbps download, one "tech" agent couldn't tell the difference between wifi and mobile data!! When I sent him photo screenshots of my speed test. While on the phone the actual mobile phone the same person told me to turn off the sim which would obviously disconnect the call maybe on purpose? Looking elsewhere now for PROPER broadband. DO NOT TRUST REVIEWS THAT GIVE THIS COMPANY 5 STARS. THESE ARE FROM EITHER EMPLOYEES OR BOTS. NOBODY IS ENJOYING THIS SERVICE.
