I have had a great conversation today with lovely and polite person call Kay she was very helpful and honest and explained my internet package for me and read all the important information that was needed to set up the broadband in my area so I would like this company to pass on these reviews to Kay please I’m so happy with this service

Started off badly as new routers were assigned this week so installers were unfamiliar a few teething problems as all new companies have. I spoke with Adnan who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and guided me through the process and resolved all my issues he’s a gem in this company so hopefully you keep him on thanks again
