We have replaced our front door 5 times and each and every time ROCKDOOR Claim to have resolved the bubbling/popping of the door. The installer was left to replace the door at his own expense each time the fault occurred. This affected his business and was forced to dissolve his business.I had to claim on my insurance to get a replacement door as the manufacturer were not interested and just referred me back to the installer who had gone bust.I emphatically implore anyone who is thinking of buying a ROCKDOOR to change their mind and desist such thoughts. They just lie to you.Overall this company have cost me £1000 in wasted time. Which I assume they will never be honest enough to settle with me.
Had a Rock Door fitted to our Porch by Plan-It Windows Ltd. So pleased we chose this door. We are in the process of choosing another to replace our front door. Lots of styles to choose from and all look amazing. The quality of these doors is fantastic.
After having my previous Rockdoor for 15 years I decided it was time for an upgrade due to some of the amazing new Rockdoor designs that are being produced. I decided to go for the Newark bright star in agate grey and I absolutely love it from start to finish everything was great and John the fitter was brilliant. Delighted I went with Rockdoor and Tony (north west) - can see the quality, fit and suitability of the product in a confusing and cluttered market. The quality is evident and the aesthetic even better. High security and style in a nutshell. Worth the money !
So pleased with our door. Looks great. Lot more light in our hall way. Craig and Aaron did a lovely job fitting the door. These guys also did other jobs for us too and are always polite and when finished always cleans up afterwards when they leave.
I've recently had a door fitted in April and needed it replace due to the seals popping up in the windows. Our new door was fitted and within a week the seals had popped up again. Not what you would expect with an expensive door! Our fitters have been chasing a refund and we are yet the hear from them. I do not recommend this manufacturer.ETA - We are now on our THIRD door by Rockdoor and it is having the same fault. They are refusing to issue a refund even though the doors all have the same fault with the seal in the window rising.
